Anthony William, The Medical Medium, Cleanse the Heal right here.
If you're new here, number one New York Times bestselling author, originator of the global celery juice movement,
Cleanse the Heal is out. Go to Amazon. It's discounted on Amazon, which is incredible.
Barnes and Noble, that's the place I get my book right there.
We are the largest health community and the largest safe space for the chronically ill in the world right now.
It's really exciting because so many people are healing.
for those who need answers it means everything when you actually have
answers all the information is free and it works no membership charges no
website charges no monthly fees all that stuff no subscription charges no
schooling charges no school no club charges no program charges no retreat
charges no contracts where you sign a contract and you come become a
membership you know in the membership you pay you know three four hundred
whatever dollars and you go in there just to get some information or something that's when they
don't even know what causes chronic illness in the end it's unbelievable and they'll put they'll
put alcohol in your tinctures they'll have citric acid and things everything will be wrong people
don't even know if they'll use chorella whatever it is it's just unbelievable and then people don't
heal it's just we don't have any of that none of that subscription charges program treasure no
contracts no educational charges you can get the book free at the library you can get the book free
of the library. I mean, when you think about it, we're anti-click, anti-tribe, we're anti-cult,
and the only health community that is anti-cult. There are over 300 million people globally
drinking celery juice, a little emblem on the book, millions of copies sold worldwide.
It's in almost every country of the world, these books, the Medical Medium series, and that's why
the community is so large because that many people healed all word of mouth but totally
against opposition no marketing companies no big PR firm marketing companies all that stuff none of
that no money behind it if you're new here that's why I'm I'm just running it all by you guys um
very important tonight I'm gonna be uh it's really because people get answers when you have answers
You heal. That's the remarkable part is like when you have answers and you know it's not your fault.
Tonight I'm covering the true causes of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, PTSS.
I'm covering those, what people experience with their symptoms of anxiety, what people experience with their symptoms of depression.
you know I'm looking forward to running by some of these you know some of these various symptoms
by you guys so we can get you know you have the answers and you can heal somebody said so happy
to see you today thank you I'm happy to see you here today happy Mother's Day to everybody out
there all the moms bless your heart God bless you God bless you so so much to talk about about all
of this it's really important if you're new here thousands and thousands and thousands of people
have healed with medical medium information something that's
unprecedented never before in alternative health or conventional health
miraculous stories of people healing that's never happened in our health
history with the medical medium information so it's really important
it's it's basically it's street cred and it's just a fact bottom line healing
from symptoms like brain fog and depression anxiety OCD you know I
eye floaters, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, PCOS, Lyme disease, lupus, MS,
eczema, psoriasis, tingles and numbness, but really healing. Really healing. Really
healing. Vertigo, acne, not just getting rid of the processed foods and they start
getting better and they're still sick and all this. No, really healing when they do
the things they need to do. It's incredible how it works when you have
answers. Thyroid problems and so much more. Because when you're sick and
you finally get answers and you know what's making you sick, it's like a
miracle. It all comes clear and then it all happens and you can work on
your healing process. Something important to know, you know, it's never just been about fruits and
vegetables being the answer. That's why vegans are sick. That's why plant-based people are sick.
That's why vegetarians are sick. That's why raw fooders are sick. That's why paleo people are sick.
Keto people are sick. Animal protein people are sick. And any new diet that comes out tomorrow,
they're sick. And there's a reason for that. Those are all belief systems. And, you know,
it's not just about fruits and vegetables. It's about the fact that no one has the answers
or the correct tools to fully get better, you know? And that's why the medical medium community,
you know, doesn't have a diet belief system. You know, for example, you know, medical medium
community doesn't have to all be vegan. The vegan community is really tiny and, you know,
it's tiny and they don't have the answers. And the minute somebody gets sick to the vegan community,
be run to the animal protein communities because they get scared and they start gobbling down eggs
and they start gobbling down cheese and or just just eggs and and fish and all kinds of stuff
and the same thing in the paleo communities and the keto communities that are animal protein based
they just run to vegan some of them run to vegan after they get so they're all because they don't
have the answers so all walks of life come to this community to finally have answers and heal
if they can put together, if they can put aside where the information comes from,
because it comes from spirit of compassion since I was a child,
that they can put that aside and actually take the information for what it is,
which is this miraculous information, and use it to heal.
They can move past everything.
And that's why so many vegans have come to the community to heal,
and so many plant-based people, which are vegan,
and so many of the animal protein people have come to the community.
and so they use tools like the celery juice.
Nobody knew celery juice killed pathogens.
Nobody knew.
If you hear somebody out there like,
oh, celery juice has been around what?
I mean, medical medium books put the celery juice out there
and why it kills, nobody knew how to use it,
how to therapeutically use the celery juice,
therapeutically use it to get better,
to kill off pathogens.
Nobody knew that.
So important to understand.
Nobody knew about how to get toxic heavy metals out properly so you can get your anxiety better, your depression better, your OCD better, and so much more, and sicknesses and chronic fatigue better.
And these are just two powerful tools for medical medium information has to offer.
Never mind the dozens and dozens of them and so many of them.
There's no guessing games.
And I'm talking to you new guys and so you know and all the new people.
There's no guessing games here.
You know what I mean?
And that's the whole point.
these tools aren't those guessing games. You recover, you know, and that's how it works. That's
why the animal protein people that come to medical community learn how to heal. You know,
the plant-based community comes here and learns how to heal. And that's how it is. Once their
sciences just drop the ball because the plant-based people are screaming about their science to the
other side and the paleo people and the animal protein people are screaming their science back
to the plant-based people and all their sciences in the end don't get anybody answers and they end
up not healing and then they're sick and they're sick and they're just flip-flopping and don't
know where to go and it's about answers and that's what we're about so it's about making sure you're
a human being and if you're sick and you got something going on there's no guessing games
we don't play around and mess around and that's why people heal that's why it's the largest
community right now the largest safe space for the chronic we all i want to just fill anybody in if
you're new and all that stuff. So in medical medium, information is so much more than just
that. So it's important to know it's so much more than just fruits and vegetables. That's the whole
point. It's answers to why we're sick. It's tools to how to get better. I mean, that's the whole
point. I mean, think about that. Don't you guys like think, like think about that for a minute?
Like there aren't answers out there. There aren't. That's, that's the sad thing. It's unbelievable
with the theories out there and no answers. Spirit of Compassion, I'm reading a quote out of Cleanse
and Heal. Spirit of Compassion has always said to me throughout the years of helping so many people
heal, that knowing the true cause of why you're sick is half the battle one. Knowing what to do,
what to take, and how to apply those tools is the other half the battle one. Having the answers is
critical. You know, when people are finally done with being sick out there, you know, they might
laugh off the medical community for a second and be like, well, I don't know, you know, I don't know
if I could go with that guy, that guy hears a voice.
And, you know, even though it's been proven already
that millions are healing globally,
and it's the largest community globally,
and it's free, and it's anti-cult.
It's the only one that is.
And with all of that, you know, when you get sick enough,
you end up coming back.
You end up coming to the medical medium community to get the answers.
And you put aside whatever that belief system is
or whatever the ego is or whatever people have,
and you come and you learn how to heal.
And it's so critical to know.
It's so critical that it's here.
Since I was a child, I was able to describe symptoms and feel what people were going through.
Like, feel that connection to their suffering, their pain, with their anxiety being so bad and all of that.
Not just their anxiety, but their pain, their aches, what they're struggling with, what they're going through.
Since I was a child, I was always able to connect to people that are dealing and living with all that.
It's so important to know because, you know, it's critical to know that, first of all, it's not because I'm special.
That's not.
It's because I had, since I was a child, an ability to hear a voice perfectly clear.
That's called the spirit of compassion.
And when hearing the spirit of compassion is always giving me this information of, like, why people suffer.
What's the answers?
What are they going through?
I helped 250,000 individuals over the last 35 years before these books came out to save more lives.
And having those answers and that connection to their symptoms, to know what you're suffering with or struggling with.
People came around the world to see me, and I became known as the guy you brought your bizarre symptoms to.
So with neurological symptoms of all kinds and anxiety and depression that would not go away for people,
and they'd have to be on all these medications, and they had no answers.
I was known as the guy that knew about these symptoms, that understood them, knew what the causes were, these bizarre symptoms, when doctors didn't.
That's what it was all about all these decades.
That's how I got here.
I didn't just wake up one morning, get some big marketing PR firm and try to get a book out like other people do.
And then it becomes a business card, your book.
Basically it becomes a business card and you get your business card out there and you try to sell something and all that game that's played.
These are actual textbooks and medical information to bring people's lives back.
And so, you know, tonight I'm covering OCD.
I'm covering PTSD.
I'm covering depression.
I'm covering anxiety.
And it's not your fault.
It's not your fault.
Your anxiety is not your fault.
Your depression is not your fault.
Your OCD is not your fault.
It's critical.
Everything changes, you guys, when you have answers.
It's an empowerment that nothing else can touch.
It's an empowerment that nothing else can even go near.
And you know, Band-Aids, I like Band-Aids.
Band-Aids like programs and meditation and breath work
and yoga and therapy and retreats.
I love Band-Aids when we have anxiety and when we have, you know,
and I love management tools that can be supportive and help people.
But what I really love is answers.
Why do you really have depression?
Why are you really suffering with anxiety?
Sure, breath work might be able to help somebody, or meditation might be able to help somebody,
or a program, or yoga, or therapy of some kind.
It could help, and I always support that.
But wait a minute here.
That might be a management tool you've got to use your whole life
while you're just in and out of thinking it's your fault,
that you're the problem, that you're to blame.
And that's the difference between medical medium information
that's out there saving countless lives right now,
to information out there that no matter what in the end, you're to blame.
You're the fault.
You're the problem.
You're, you know, the joke's on you because it's you.
You caused it.
You're causing your anxiety.
You're causing your depression.
You're causing your symptoms and pain and agony.
You're causing all that, you know, your disease.
You're causing it all.
And that's terrible.
It's a terrible place to be.
And so management band-aids, like I was just saying, are supportive and they're great.
And we need them.
But when you get the answers and you can heal what's really happening, you can still use those Band-Aids if you love them and they're for fun or they're keeping you in good spirits in all these other ways.
Absolutely.
I never want anybody to stop that.
But you've got to know the truth about what's wrong, how to heal, what's happening.
And that's the critical part right there.
And it's just more about a Band-Aid.
Medical Media and Books are about answers, and that's critical.
You know, therapy and meditation and breath work, those band-aids can support you.
But if you don't fix the root cause, if you don't fix the root problem, if you don't fix what's causing your pain,
and then you're just worried about managing your anxiety, managing your depression, managing, managing, managing.
It's all about that.
It's all about see another person, do another class, do another support system.
But yet I'm suffering from anxiety.
I'm suffering from my depression, suffering from my chronic fatigue,
suffering from my OCD, suffering from all my neurological symptoms and my Lyme and my tics and my spasms,
and I'm just always managing.
You know, I love getting people out of the idea or out of the whole thing of managing.
I love getting them better so then they could say, well, I don't need to do that if I don't want to.
I could be like that 85-year-old guy or that 85-year-old woman who, yeah, she takes a walk in the morning.
She lives her life, but she's not spending her whole life around self-care,
self-care about trying to manage her symptoms nonstop all the time.
You know, you want to be that person that doesn't have to live by that.
I mean, that's what I've always wanted people to have, the choices and the freedom.
It's about freedom.
It's about making sure, you know, exactly, managing becomes your life.
It really does.
And hey, that's a hard thing to do.
That's what it is.
Somebody said 100% correct.
You guys are awesome.
So I've got to say.
And so Cleanse the Heal, I'm in right now.
I'm going to talk about anxiety.
So let's go into it.
Many people have all kinds of mild anxieties.
You know, I call them mild.
And I'm going to cover different mild anxieties, you know, the whole bit.
So we're going to go in there.
We're going to do the moderate anxiety.
Then we're going to do the severe anxiety.
So bear with me.
There's a lot of them.
But one of them you might be dealing with.
Hang in there.
If you're uninterested because you're waiting for your variety of anxiety, just stay with us and just hang in there.
and it might be somebody else's anxiety that we're talking about for the moment.
So we're all in it together, and that's the most beautiful thing about it all.
So you can have two different types of these anxieties.
So I'm going to cover all the different ones, but you can have two different versions,
three different versions, four different versions.
So one of the mildest versions of anxiety is when you're emotional,
you can't put your finger on really why you're emotional, right?
You're not sure if you're happy, you're sad, you're upset, you're mad, you're frustrated,
and you get lonely easy, okay?
And you feel like you're missing out on life, like you're missing out on life.
You want to go do something.
You want to go somewhere.
You want to be someplace, right?
But at the same time, you want to stay home.
You want to curl up in bed.
You want to hide from the world.
Watch your favorite movie.
Eat a comfort food.
and you feel confused and sad and lonely and lost, you know,
and when someone who cares about you says,
hey, you know, like, you know, like, what's going on?
I think you have anxiety.
Or they tell you, you know, or they ask you what's going on.
And you're like, well, I think I have anxiety or I have anxiety.
And that's what you say.
And they'll say, or they'll tell you, I think you have anxiety.
And then you get to this place in your life where you take care of yourself full throttle.
You start exercising.
Then you start going full throttle into exercising.
Full throttle and trying to like, you know, you get obsessed about taking care of yourself, right?
Because you want to do that.
You want to do that.
Like you're full throttle into everything, which is good.
All of it.
But then you flip-flop to not wanting to take care of yourself at all.
Where you don't want, which is fine too, you know, which is good too.
Whatever.
And you flip-flop to not wanting to take care of yourself at all or not do anything.
So you're either all in or back to nothing at all.
You know, no exercise, no self-care. You're either all in, exercise, self-care, or then you're back to nothing at all.
So you're either all in or nothing at all. And you're dealing with all those things.
Here's another mild version. Let's go to a whole other one.
So somebody said, put my thoughts into my words. So you're actually dealing with that.
And another person said, oh my God, yes. Another person said, yes.
so here's another mild version right here where you feel like you can't sit still and you and you
have to get up and fidget or move okay you feel restless you feel jittery you feel like something's
creeping up your spine you can get that feeling too you know so you're restless you're jittery
you feel like something's creeping up your spine you can't rest you know there's that version that's
a mild version too but you know that one you can have with other ones like i said they could be
mixed and you could have a couple of different ones. Great to see you too. So another mild
version is your thoughts are racing, right? You guys, have you ever had that? It's racing on things
you don't want to think about. You just can't help it, but your thoughts are racing. You do
want it to stop and you don't want it racing anymore. And you start getting desperate to
have relief of your thoughts. Like you're desperate to have relief of your thoughts
where they won't stop going through your mind. And it makes you feel upset inside that you have
to deal with this, that you have to have these thoughts, that you have to live with these thoughts
and be living with them where you can't focus on anything else. You know, that's a really,
that's a difficult one for a lot of people. So I don't know if you guys have been through that.
Somebody said yes. So you're dealing with that. Somebody said nightmares. I'm going to talk about
that too a little later. Another mild version of anxiety where you get emotionally upset inside,
right you get emotionally upset inside and you're frustrated and you're not sure why or maybe you are
kind of sure why and you but you feel like screaming so there's that version like you feel
like you're you're bottled up and there's pressure in you and you feel like you want to just scream
or just be screaming and you feel emotionally upset and tore up inside you know what i mean
there's that version. Here's another mild version here. When someone's talking to you,
it feels uncomfortable and you just want to run. So someone's talking to you and you feel so
uncomfortable and you just want to run. And you feel like you have to stay there and then you feel
trapped because you're talking to them and you have to stay there and you end up getting a
headache. You end up even starting to sweat. Your mouth could get dry. You could feel weak.
Did you guys ever run into that too?
It's hard to live with?
Absolutely.
So here's another version right here, mild version.
You feel like there is this strange tickle going on throughout your body.
You feel like you can't touch it.
You can't itch it.
You can't do anything.
It's just in there and you want to shake it out.
This strange tickle and it makes you move around
and you feel like you want to jump out of your skin
or you feel like you're jumping out of your skin.
And at the same time, you're frustrated.
You're getting angry and you feel like crying all at once.
And there's that one right there.
That's a difficult one for so many people.
Another mild version, you can't sleep at night.
So you can't sleep at night.
It's hard to fall asleep because you don't feel safe.
And that's hard too.
You feel scared about the unknown.
You're not excited about the next day.
You're not excited about the morning.
You're stressed out about tomorrow.
You're dreaming a lot when you sleep.
Your dreams aren't happy ones.
They're not good ones.
They're not peaceful ones.
you wake up in the morning and you're scared and you're nervous about the day and you feel so
insecure you know that's a whole form of anxiety too um and so i'm not sure if you guys dealt with
that as well so here's a i'm in cleansing here right now i'm talking about anxiety um the whole
bit none of this is your fault remember that like this isn't your fault you're not creating this
You're not causing this.
You're not to blame.
You need to know this.
This is so incredibly important.
There are real reasons.
There's answers why you're feeling all these.
And we're going to go into moderate versions of anxiety.
We're going to go into severe versions of anxiety.
But there's real reasons why you're struggling or even suffering with any of this.
The other mild version is anytime you talk to anyone, your hands get sweaty.
Your armpits sweat and they get drenched.
Your arms get slightly numb and tingly.
And you waver back and forth with this, where you're feeling this.
And your temperature can go where you're hot, but then you get cold and you get the chills where you almost start shaking.
But mostly you get cold easy.
There's that one.
I don't know if you guys have dealt with that.
Somebody said yes every day.
Oh my God, that's awful.
Moderate versions.
Let's go into moderate versions.
of anxiety so let's head into there it can you can have like mild versions
different versions of them all put together let's go into one moderate
version right here you have a hard time being driven around in the car like in
the passenger seat like you just can't stand it can't stand being driven around
by anyone in the passenger seat of the car and you can't wait for the car to
stop because you feel like you're trapped in there you feel suffocated you
feel like you know you can't be around a lot of people either like it's hard for
you to be around a lot of people at the same time. Like that's hard. You know, overstimulation gets
you confused and you want to be alone. But when you're left alone, you want to be around people.
So it's this back and forth where you want to be around people, but you don't because you feel
suffocated and it's too much, but then you want to be alone. But when you're alone, you want to
be around people. So there's this back and forth. It's like a vicious cycle. So that's, that's a
moderate version of anxiety right there that I've run into so many times and everything.
somebody said they had shakes before the whole bit um cleanse the heel right here hope you have
the book i really do another moderate version is you feel like tightness in your chest um somebody
said you being a passenger it makes you feel sick yeah totally oh my god exactly somebody said oh my
god um on and off okay so you feel your chest tightening on and off sometimes just once a week
maybe it happens maybe your chest tightens and you feel like it's hard to breathe every day maybe it's
every couple of weeks where you get bouts of it
and you feel like the tightness is in the pit of your stomach,
though sometimes not even in your chest,
where it's just in the pit of your stomach.
And sometimes you're straining to breathe,
where it's hard to breathe,
and your mouth and throat feels slightly swollen.
Sometimes you can't just have, you know,
sometimes you're having, it's back and forth,
where it's the pit of your stomach,
it's your chest being tight,
you feel like you can't breathe,
it happens, you know, on and off,
so that's something that happens to a lot of people.
Here's another modern version right here.
You're really feeling scared.
So you're feeling scared, but you don't know why.
And your mind is trying to find out why.
It's like, why am I feeling scared?
And you're looking for reasons to why you're feeling scared, right?
You're like looking for reasons to why you're feeling scared.
It's like it causes you to have like a weakness in your pit of your stomach.
You're going through bouts of being scared.
And it's frustrating because it elevates your heart rate.
It gets you upset.
It gets you emotional because why am I feeling scared about something?
There's that kind of anxiety, which is really hard for people.
Somebody says it makes you feel faint.
Absolutely.
Here's another moderate version right here.
Your heart rate speeds up on and off.
So it's you're beating fast, then you're beating slower,
then you're beating fast, then you're beating slower.
Your heart rate's going on and off.
You sweat.
You have difficulty breathing.
but not because of tightness in your chest.
Instead, it's tightness of your stomach.
It's tightness of your abdomen.
It's making it hard to breathe.
So your abdomen's the problem
where you're trying to breathe
or you're feeling like you can't breathe
but you're feeling kind of bloated.
But even if you're not bloated,
it feels like you can't get a deep breath
from your abdomen
and your heart rate's speeding on and off.
Here's another moderate version right here.
You feel like something is in the back of your mind.
You feel like something's in the back of your mind
tweaking or tweaking or something's off in your head in the back of your mind.
Remember, none of this is your fault, you guys. Anybody who just came on, I'm
talking about Cleanse and Heal, the book you have to get. It's the most
comprehensive book out there that's gonna ever be, unless I do another one. So
it's tweaking and you feel like you're tweaking inside and this is about illness
and symptoms. This covers almost 200 different illnesses and symptoms and
cleanses and everything else if you're new to knowing about cleanse to heal. So anyway, there's
this type of moderate anxiety I talk about where you think something's in the back of your mind,
something's tweaking, something's off, or short-circuiting. And you can think clearly.
So it's not like you have the brain fog with it. Some people have the brain fog with it,
which is really brutal. But if you don't have the brain fog with it, you can think clearly,
but still there's something in the back of your mind that you want to remember or you can't
member and you want to connect to. And it's starting to make you freak out inside because
you go through it on and off all day or all day long. You're wondering what's making you feel
funny inside your own mind. And you can even get stressed out because of it, feeling like an anxiety
attack coming on, you know? And if you keep worrying about what's tweaking inside your mind
all day, it makes you feel like not satisfied. It makes you feel not at peace. It makes you feel
like you can't get at peace with it all, someone will ask you, what's wrong? And you'll say,
nothing, nothing's wrong. Or you'll say, when somebody says, what's wrong? Someone will say,
I don't know. I don't know. So that's important to know. Another moderate version is you wake up
in the middle of the night, you're out of breath, your heart's racing, you're confused and scared,
and you can't go back to sleep for at least an hour, okay? And you're spooked and you're wired,
All right.
And that's a whole other version right there where you wake up scared, like out of a dream or out of sleep.
And you wake up in the middle of the night and you're scared.
It takes a good hour and you're just spooked and you're scared and you don't know why.
It's so strange.
Here's another modern version.
You wake up in the middle of the night because of a nightmare or a bad dream.
And then you become scared about anything.
Is there somebody in the house?
Is there something in the house?
Is there a ghost?
You get tingles or you get kind of a rush.
You get spooked and you get a rush and tingles in the back of your head.
You get goosebumps in the back of the head or chills and shakes.
And you're sitting with your blanket in bed and you become obsessed about not feeling safe enough to go back to sleep.
This can happen like once in a while or it can happen a lot with a lot of people.
It can happen every night.
Another moderate version of anxiety is you can't sit still.
You just can't sit still.
When you're alone, you cannot sit still.
and it's really hard for some people to go through this.
And when you're around people, you can't sit still either.
And then when the day goes on, it starts getting to nighttime
and the day's about to, you know, you're about to call it quits.
You can't call it quits because you don't want the day to end
and you don't want everybody to fall asleep before you.
You kind of want, you don't want the rest of the world to go to sleep before you.
You want to go to sleep before the rest of the world,
but yet you're kind of afraid to go to sleep.
You're sad, you're depressed, and, you know, that's a hard one for so many.
There's so many different moderate versions.
It's unbelievable. Some versions of anxiety can also include moderate and mild versions together.
Some episodes of these are more intense. It's so important to know about all this.
Somebody said, oh my God, yes. So you're dealing with some of those?
Somebody said, oh my God, this has been happening to me.
I'm in Cleanse to Heal. If you're new to medical medium information, most comprehensive book.
If you don't know what book to go to with the medical medium book, start with Cleanse to Heal.
There's no questions most comprehensive medical medium series book spirit of compassion has ever put out ever put out
so important there's so many moderate versions and
Let's go into
One version of severe anxiety. So let's head to severe anxiety. I hope too many of you guys aren't dealing with this
With the severe version to really hard where your chest tightens
your whole body goes numb and you can't feel your extremities right so you can't feel your hands
you can't feel your arms you can't feel your extremities your chest goes tight and numb i
mean your body goes numb and chest is tight you can't breathe you feel weak you feel like you
can't stand up on your own legs you want to run to another room you know what i mean your heart
is racing you feel like you can't breathe and you feel like nothing can save you and how come this
won't stop. That's a really hard version of anxiety that so many people suffer with. It
breaks my heart when anybody is going through that. You know, the whole bit. And somebody says,
what's the best cleanse for anxiety? I mean, it depends. You have to read the book because there's
so many cleanses in here. 369, any of the 369 cleanses, maybe the original, maybe the simplified,
whatever you want. Look into it and see. But I'll talk about what you can do about anxiety too in
here. What like some other stuff as well. Another severe version right here. And this is a tough one
where your chest tightens and you can't grasp air or catch a breath. Like your lungs aren't working
or your chest isn't expanding and you're getting dizzy and you can't get words out and you want to
scream or cry and nothing will come out. You want to scream or cry because the anxiety is so bad.
It's like seizing you up, seizing your whole body up. You may even try to run to another room because
you're panicking so bad and there's so much inside and you feel like dying. You feel like
you're actually going to die and you're scared and afraid. And that's a brutal one right there.
That really is. Here's another severe version. Any thought you have puts you in a panic.
So then like just any thought puts you into a panic. A good thought could put you into panic.
Like any thought. That's so hard for people. It's really hard where you got to be careful what you
even think about in the moment as far as anything stressful too. Like for instance, if you have
PTSD from panic attacks and anxiety because you can get PTSD with your panic attacks and anxiety.
Thinking about, you know, thinking about when's my next panic attack going to come?
You know, I can't handle another panic attack.
Like, I can't go through that again.
Oh my God, what am I going to do if I go through that again and I'm just, I'm on the floor and I'm panicking so much.
Here's another severe version of anxiety.
You're wavering in and out of panic attacks to mild to more extreme.
And, you know, you're nervous, you're sweating, you get heart racing, racing thoughts,
but you're just trying to control it.
It's really hard.
And you're just going back from mild to more extreme panic attacks.
And it's really hard for so many people.
Your arms go numb.
You can barely breathe.
You can barely stand.
And you go in and out of this intermittently all day.
That's just brutal.
That's just hell for so many.
where it's like twice a day you get a panic attack.
Here's another version where you can't drive.
And that's a hard one
because so many people find freedom in driving.
They hop in their car
and they feel like a sense of freedom, right, you guys?
Remember, none of this is your fault.
All these anxiety symptoms that I'm talking about
is not your fault.
They're real answers.
That's the whole point.
And there's two kind of schools out there.
There's the one school out there, whatever,
it's like it's all your fault no matter what disease,
no matter what illness, whatever it is.
it's all your fault in the end. And that's what research and science believes. And that's what
alternative medicine believes. And that's what the healing arts believe. And then there's the
other side of it. It's not your fault, which is the medical medium community. And that's how it's
always been all these years. And that's why we're the largest community. Another version is you
can't drive. Your panic attacks are so bad. You can't go anywhere. You can't take long walks either
or exercise. You feel like you can't go far from the house. That's really hard for people. Their
panic attack is so bad. They feel like they can't go far from the house because how are you going
to get back? Like, am I going to be able to get back home? If I go in a car somewhere, am I going
to be, if I go to the store, am I going to be able to get back home with my panic attack?
Here's another severe anxiety one. See, I'm talking about cleanse the heel by the way,
you guys. Here's another severe anxiety version. Okay. You know, when you have it and you have any
of these anxieties and the severe ones when you have chronic fatigue, when you have body pain,
when you have neck pain, when you have burning skin, when you have jaw pain, when you have heart
palpitations. It breaks my heart. I swear to God, I get choked up from it. When you have vertigo,
when you have chest tightness, when you have tics and spasms, when you have burning gums,
when you got lupus and multiple sclerosis and celiac and colitis and eczema and psoriasis,
and you're dealing with all this and, you know, eye floaters, like I said, and brain fog and all
of that. And you're also dealing with your anxiety, all these different versions of anxiety or severe
one. And that's what people don't understand. They don't understand. You know, somebody said,
thank you. Those words are beyond powerful. It's not your fault. It's not your fault. There's so
many more versions. And we can do, you know, we can, we can do another time too with anxiety and
all that. I want to read you the true cause of anxiety. It's for page 490. Favorite part is
reading to you guys too, which is great, you know. I'm in Cleanse the Heal right here. Get
Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble. I think it's discounted on Amazon.com right now. You guys
won't be disappointed, okay? Even if you're somebody that's like, you're skeptical or
you're new and you're a critic, get the book. I challenge you to read it. Just, I think,
go to the library. Don't even buy it. Go to the library if you want, of course. Just get
the book for free at the library. That's the thing. We're a free community. Basically, that's
what it is about too. And that's rare. I don't even think that exists out there. So it's incredible.
True cause of anxiety. So let me read that and cleanse and heal. True cause of anxiety, you guys.
Somebody said anxiety sucks. It does. It really does. When anxiety interferes with your life,
it's caused by toxic heavy metals such as mercury aluminum. Now you might say, well,
I've been tested for metals. I don't have them. That's not how it works. Metals go inside our
brains and they sit inside our brain. That's where metals go and you can't test for it. Hair
follicles don't test for it. The hair follicle is not getting nutrients and other things and getting
chemicals and exposures from the inside of your brain. That's not how it works. So, so important.
Metals settle deep inside our brain. You can also have a virus such as Epstein-Barr virus,
which feeds off of metals, then releases of neurotoxin.
That neurotoxin also saturates our neurotransmitters and causes our anxiety.
So you can have the combination of toxic heavy metals,
then you can have one of the shingles viruses, one of the Epstein-Barr viruses.
That's what does it.
Anxiety can also be triggered or accelerated or heightened by emotional conflict.
You can get anxiety from emotional conflict, absolutely.
But if your anxiety is continuing and it becomes now a part of your life
after that emotional conflict.
That's when you got the metals.
That's when you got the viral issues.
Something to know that's really important.
So there's more information in here too.
We got so much to cover.
We're going to go into other stuff.
Cleanse to heal.
It has the heavy metal detox smoothie in there
so you can actually get the metals out.
But it's the heavy metal detox cleansing here.
So it's like, hey, do I need the cleanse to heal
to get the anxiety better?
Well, you got to get the metals out.
So there's a cleanse in here, toxic heavy metal cleanse, which is critical.
There's a 369 cleanses, which are critical.
It's all of these.
And you can do baby steps.
You can do the morning cleanse.
You can start with the morning cleanse.
You can start with the anti-bug cleanse.
You can just start with these cleanses.
And that's the whole thing.
There's three versions of 369.
So that's the other thing.
There's an advanced version of 369.
Medical medium books are all about taking your healing as far as you want to go.
You can do the baby steps with the medical medium books, and that's what's amazing.
So many people in the medical medium community are doing those baby steps.
And then you can go as far as you want to go into your healing.
That's what the books are about.
When you hear somebody say, oh, I did medical medium, but then I needed these books or something else after, it's ridiculous.
It means they never read the medical medium books because these are the only books that take you as far as you want to go.
There hasn't been a book out there that takes you that far.
It doesn't matter if it's a diet book about a diet or no processed foods.
It can't take you as far as you need to go.
that's why more people healed with medical medium books than anybody in the world it's just it's
just a fact um so it's important what what the books have so i'm going to go into depression
in a second too it's about supplements and dosages killing off viruses it's about cleaning you up it's
about restoring neurotransmitters it's about getting it's about therapeutically using things
so important i mean it's in the medical medium zinc shock therapy vitamin c shock therapy it's
about dosages and therapeutically using celery juice. And there's an emotional and spiritual
chapter in here too. So cleanse and heal. Talking about depression next, no one's depression is the
same. So we have to realize that like your depression is not going to be the same as
somebody else's depression. So they're not going to be the same. And it's really important to know
that. And there's all variations and it's all mixes and veritables, but there's reasons why.
They're not the same.
So it's important to know this.
So that's the whole thing too.
So you can go to the book depository overseas.
Internationally, the book depository is a place to get the cleanse, the heals, just so you know.
All right?
That's something right there.
And there's mild versions.
So let's go into depression.
One mild version of depression is you're feeling sad.
You're feeling lost.
You're feeling lonely.
But you don't know why.
Okay, so you're sad, you're feeling lost, you're feeling lonely, you don't know why.
You know, and that's a mild form of depression right there.
You're always feeling sad.
Another mild version of depression is you're always depressed.
You can call it that.
Like, I'm just depressed.
I'm depressed.
It just hits you at the end of the day, though, worse.
Where at the end of the day is when it really comes on.
And sometimes you might not even be depressed at the beginning of the day.
You wake up in the morning, you're not depressed, you're feeling okay,
and then towards the end of the day, the afternoon, you start feeling it around 3 o'clock.
Then you start feeling it more at 4, then you start feeling it more at 5,
and it's the end of the day, and then by nighttime you're feeling really depressed.
The sun's setting, and you just feel a deep sadness.
You feel like you need to be somewhere, but then you don't need to be somewhere,
but you feel like you need to be somewhere.
Here's another mild version of depression.
Everything's going great in your life.
You have no complaints. All is well.
Like things are going good.
And you know they're going good.
Like you know they're going good.
But there's a deep sadness happening and there's no interest in anything.
And you're not excited about life.
You know, nothing excites you.
You don't even want to watch your favorite movie.
You don't even want to watch your favorite TV show.
That's a form of depression too.
Here's another mild version of depression, right?
You've been hurt before.
You've been betrayed.
maybe a relationship, maybe something happened in your life, maybe you had a struggle, right, you guys?
And, you know, maybe trust was broken, like somebody broke your trust, or you had a breakup,
a relationship breakup, and you were really depressed during it because it was really hard for you.
But then time goes by, and you're still depressed, or a year goes by, and you're still depressed.
And your friend says, shouldn't you be past that? You're like, yeah, no, I am past that, but I'm depressed still.
Like I'm feeling it.
You know you should be past it,
but you feel like something inside of you
feels like you're not validated.
Something inside of you feels like,
no, this should be gone, but why is it still here?
But you feel like you were taken advantage of.
Something inside of you feels frustrated.
You go back and forth feeling angry and frustrated,
but you don't even know what kind of depression you have.
Like you don't even understand it.
It's like, it's so tough
and you feel like you're not connecting
to why you're depressed.
and that's another form of depression
and it comes after everything
like it shouldn't even be part of it
but yet it comes on after.
Here's another moderate.
Let's go to moderate versions.
Those are some of the mild ones
and there's more
but let's go to the moderate versions.
Okay.
So moderate version is
you wake up in the morning depressed,
sad, like lost or feeling lonely.
Okay.
And you can have a mix of these different ones.
Mild to moderate,
all these different moderate ones.
You wake up in the morning depressed,
you're sad, you're lonely, you're lost, you're depressed, and you're just dreading.
You're dreading the fact that it's still there.
You were hoping it would be gone by the morning time.
You went to bed with your depression, and then you were hoping that it went away in the morning.
So you woke up in the morning, and it was still there.
Your depression was still there, but it didn't go away.
And you thought a night's sleep would fix it.
You were praying.
You were hoping that throughout the night or a night's sleep, your depression would go away.
And in the morning, it would be gone.
You know, you want to feel good.
You want to be productive.
You want to get through your day.
But this dreadful feeling of sadness, confusion is mixed with loneliness, a sinking feeling all combined.
And it's still in the way.
The depression is just still in the way.
And you can't get past it.
You woke up that morning and you're trying to now push through your day.
You know, you're getting as much as you can get done while you're living with it.
And you go to bed at night again, hoping it's going to be gone in the morning.
And it's not gone in the morning.
It's still there.
And it starts to break you down.
And it starts to break down your spirit.
And it starts to break down your soul.
All forms of depression can have any level of anxiety with them, by the way.
Just so you know.
Making it even harder for someone.
It's not your fault of depression.
I'm inclined to heal right now, you guys.
so gosh you feel gosh all of these you feel oh my god you poor thing it's just it's awful to have
to feel all those you know i and i knew some of you guys were feeling like so much of this when
i was doing this it's like i gotta do this and talk to you guys about this um so here's another
form you know here's another form of depression it comes with feeling depart like depersonalization
you feel like you're not present you feel like you're kind of looking at yourself from above
and you've got this depersonalization thing going on.
You feel like you're disconnected from your own personal self.
You feel like you're disconnected from your own soul.
And, you know, that one's a really hard one.
It really is because, you know,
you feel like you're watching yourself from above.
You feel like you're not connected to yourself.
You're not who you are.
That one's really hard.
Here's a severe version of depression.
There's so many of them.
Here's a severe version of depression, okay?
is you're crying constantly.
So you're constantly crying.
You feel so insecure and worthless
and you hate yourself.
That one's really hard.
You go into absolute hate towards yourself
to hating everything about yourself.
You can also go numb and feel constantly sad.
That severe version of depression
is really hard for so many.
I mean, that's one of the harder ones
and it's just so awful.
Here's another severe version of depression right here.
somebody said you're so grateful in talking about these.
Awesome.
I'm so glad that I'm able to just be here with you
and that you're here.
And somebody said the worst feeling ever.
It's just so hard.
Another severe version of depression
is anyone you talk to or meet, you know,
like anyone you talk to or meet,
you feel like you are not even standing there.
You feel like you're totally just void
or worthless and void and blank.
And you're worried they could see it.
Like you're wondering, can this person see how I'm feeling right now?
Can they see, can this person, you know, see that I'm feeling like this or feeling like there's something wrong with me, you know?
Or can they see if there's something wrong with me?
I hope they don't see it because I'm so depressed.
And you're worried you can't hide it and you're trying to hide it.
And you feel like you're not a part of the human race.
And you're mentally, you know, you're mentally just like, oh my God, I'm like just thinking about this.
because it's all you can think of
because it's constantly there.
That's really hard for so many people.
Another severe version of depression is
you feel hopeless and you just don't want to live.
I mean, that one's really hard.
I've known so many people that have been through that.
I hope you guys just aren't feeling that.
Somebody said to feel bad and crying really easily.
That's really hard.
When you don't feel like you don't want to live
and you're in torturous pain and you're depressed
and it goes back from sadness to anger, sadness to anger and hatred towards yourself and hatred
towards others. None of this is your fault. You guys have to know this. None of this is your fault.
And that's really important to know. It gets me upset because I know so many of you think it's
you. And I know so many of you think like you're the cause of it and it's your fault. And it's not.
It's not.
It's just, you know, you've got to remember that, okay?
Depression is so brutal when it's mixed with other symptoms too.
And people don't understand that.
No.
It's like someone, when they have depression,
and then they have other symptoms, fatigue and depression,
brutal combination.
That's just one combination of something going on, you know?
People don't understand it unless they've been there,
unless they're in your shoes.
They just don't understand.
And that's the whole thing.
It's that brutal.
It's good to connect with you guys right now about this.
I'm going to talk about the true cause of depression in here.
There is an answer.
You know, there is an answer.
I'm going to cleanse the heel.
Traumatic loss, traumatic stress, and emotional injury
are common identifiable versions of why we get depressed.
I mean, that's a given, okay?
If something terrible happens, then we can be depressed.
But, you know, these traumas, though, even when we're past them, can create a long-lasting neurotransmitter deficiency and damaged neurons,
leading to depression that sometimes continues past time of hardship.
Now, let's talk about other things that happen here.
And listen, that's the whole point with Cleanse-A-Heal.
It's about restoring neurotransmitter chemicals.
It's about restoring neurons.
So we cannot be depressed long after we've been through something.
But let's talk about the mystery depressions.
Because so many of you haven't been through anything like terrifying, a great loss.
And you're just like, why am I so depressed and I'm suffering so bad?
And it's not your fault.
It's important.
In other cases, we can point to identifiable daily changes as a source of depression.
So sometimes you can identify why we're depressed in life for the moment, but it goes away.
But the unexplained depression, which is caused by toxic heavy metals, aluminum and mercury,
they're the depression causers, the unexplained depression causers.
They're brutal. They oxidize.
They leach into different neurons and glial cells throughout the brain,
getting the metals out, critical, critical.
all. And heavy metal testing is useless. Always has been, I've noticed, and probably will always
be. And that's the hard part. And so the unexplained depression, which is caused by
toxic heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum, or copper, often with a low-grade viral infection,
it's why people who are depressed have the fatigue, many of them, because they have the
low-grade Epstein-Barr infections. And the low-grade Epstein-Barr infections, the low-grade
shingles virus infections along with the toxic heavy metals so important they
have neurological fatigue neurological fatigue it's medical medium information
it's what I call it neurological fatigue with their toxic heavy metals causing
their their depression and they can have different viruses too like even herpes
simplex 1 the cold sore virus can actually be partly part of depression
because of the neurotoxins it causes.
A brew of these factors combined
are really problematic to mystery depression.
It's not your fault.
And it'll always be blamed on you.
That's the irony out there.
Even in the alternative movement,
alternative world,
they just think you're not thinking right.
And it's all in your head in a different way,
a new fancy way they created.
No, it's not in your head.
There's a reason why you're suffering from depression.
It's really true how it works.
You have to remove the toxic heavy metals out.
That's why there's a heavy metal detox cleanse in here.
That's how critical this is in cleanse to heal.
I have the complete supplements and dosages and all that in here too in this book
to kill off viruses and help you get the metals out,
repair the neurons and neurotransmitters.
You have to do some healing.
All the cleanses in this book provide the glucose for the brain
so you can heal depression.
You need glucose to the neurotransmitters.
You need glycogen storages in the brain and mineral salts.
And that's how we lower the fat so you can get the glucose and mineral salts to the brain.
All of this is critical to heal, to also help get the metals out.
If we don't know how to work with our food to get the metals out and what tools you use, we can't get them out.
So many people heal their depression with the medical medium books.
Just miraculous, horrible bouts of depression.
That's the whole point.
You know, it's emotional and spiritual support here too, which is critical.
It's a big part of it.
Let's talk about OCD.
Are any of you guys dealing with OCD?
Which can come with just being chronically ill.
You know, the worst part of OCD is when you're sick too long.
You're sick.
You've been to so many doctors.
You can get, I mean, you've been to so many doctors.
You've been sick so long.
And you're dealing with the OCD as well.
You know, and you can also have OCD without being sick with other things, absolutely.
But they can come together.
It's really hard.
I mean, you know, you might be blamed for your OCD by family members.
You might be blamed for your OCD by friends, obsessive compulsive disorder.
It's really hard for so many of you guys.
And I'm sure so many of you guys are dealing with it out there.
So I want to talk about that.
It's like you not only can get tangled up with like the classic OCD where you're locking doors and you're, you know, turning off light switches and you're washing hands until they're raw to the bone.
And, you know, which is a good thing actually nowadays.
Right. Of course, you know, and but you can also do things like you want your you want it.
You're checking to see if your refrigerators is closed.
You're looking to see if it's closed all day long and you're checking things all the time.
And it's good to check things.
But the classic OCD where you're checking the stove, you want the burners, you make sure the burners are off at night and it keeps you up and you go check it all night long.
And you're checking your locks on your doors, which is good too, of course.
But OCD can get difficult where you check your locks a hundred times, where you're counting the numbers to a hundred.
You're checking your lock and counting your numbers to a thousand.
I can't tell you, I've run into that over the years.
It's unbelievable what happens.
There's endless combinations, but it could be just as much as like is my sink off and checking to see if my sinks are off
Or if my bathroom hand sinks are off and you can also have the obsessive thoughts
Where your thoughts are obsessive like when you go into the hole where you're going in the cycles and circles with it
And it's the hardest part of OCD is pushing yourself to the limit where you have the mental breakdown
You know, you just you just fall to your hands and knees with your OCD because you know
you have like you know you've checked everything you know you've figured everything out you know
you cut everything straight you know there shouldn't you but you feel like if you don't
check it again or if you don't do something again something's gonna go wrong and and it puts you in
mental strain and mental pressure like you might have ocd to do something with your phone or you
might have ocd like with with how you're like even communicating with people where you don't think
think they heard you. So you're going to then repeat yourself over and over again, or you want
to get your message back to them like over and over again. And, and it's really hard. So there's,
there's a whole bunch of different versions of OCD. It gets complicated. The numbers game is a
hard one. Having like thoughts in your head where you're not sure if, you know, you, you, you,
you told somebody something like, did I tell them something? You hung up the phone and you're like,
you know, you hung up your phone and you're like, oh my God, did I tell them that? I don't think I
told them that and it drives you crazy half the day and then you contact them
again and say look I just want to make sure I told you that I did you can have
so many versions of it and it's so painful for so many and it can lead to
OCD outside of the house where you know like you know my god I I knew somebody
that when they would drive to work they would be late to work because when they
hit a pothole they were worried they hit something else so then they would drive
all the way around. Didn't matter how much traffic it was. It would take an hour for them to go around
up a different highway, go back that same route and see if they hit something and hit the pothole
again. And then not sure if they hit something and go back all the way around. And then it would go,
you know, another hour. And I mean, I'm giggling about it, but it's just, it's God awful. And they
would go all the way around and then they would wait in traffic and get to that same road again
and do it again.
Hit the butthole.
And they would go again.
They would get to work at 1 o'clock in the afternoon
and then get fired eventually.
But I've seen the worst cases of OCD.
You know, and I knew this one case.
It was so brutal, you guys.
I don't even think I can tell you.
It's just actually that terrible.
But there's so many versions of it.
Like the bladder versions are hard, right?
With OCD.
Where you have to pee all night long
or pee because you got the scent of the bladder or the weak bladder or hyperactive or spastic
bladder right which science and research doesn't know what the cause of that is either and um and
you get the bladder issues but then you need to pee frequently because of it but then you know even
if you don't have to pee and you're trying to click off the light and go to sleep you go and
pee again anyway because your ocd makes you go pee and it's a vicious cycle to pee all night until
you finally fall asleep or you can't fall asleep there's so many versions so um page 534 up
Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I'm in cleanse to heal.
Somebody said you inspire us.
Thank you.
You guys are amazing.
Someone did an LLL.
He's got a good sense of humor tonight, right?
All right.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Either emotional injury or toxic heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum, and copper,
or many times both of these causes the symptoms of OCD.
What happens is when you have mercury and aluminum on a neuron,
An electrical impulse has to travel through that neuron.
If you have a large deposit in that neuron, which science and research doesn't know about,
the electrical impulse hits that deposit and then ricochets back up.
It goes basically, ricochets right back up that neuron.
And that's a big part of OCD.
That's a huge part of what it is.
It's electrical impulses that travel down specific areas of the brain
where the mercury and aluminum deposits are,
and then collides with these deposits each time.
This can cause a tiny explosion.
That's what it does.
That temporarily sends the signal back the other way.
And that's what OCD is.
It's heavy metals.
Bottom line, it's just toxic heavy metals.
And then we get into patterns because of it.
So then we're now in patterns because of it.
And we're struggling as we're in patterns.
And that's how it goes.
It's really difficult people go to.
I talk about celery juice being a huge component in getting rid of OCD.
Huge component.
I mean, it's so critical.
I talk about the different dosages and what to do in the supplements and dosages.
I talk about all that and the heavy metal detox cleanse.
Critical to get the metals out.
The 369 cleanses.
Lowering fat so we can get the metals out of the body and restore the glucose back to the neurotransmitters so we can get rid of our OCD.
So important.
This book I talk about breastfeeding and pregnancy and cleansing questions answered, which is critical to heavy metal detox.
I talk about testing and how it works.
I talk about heavy metals like I never did before in this book.
All in cleanse and heal is so important.
So PTSD, you know, any kind of tragic events, really bad tragic events and losses obviously can cause post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSS, right?
And, you know, I mean, war vets go through PTSD.
So many people.
I mean, people in difficult situations, you know.
There's a lot of emergency room doctors right now going into serious PTSD because of what's happening around the world.
Like there's lots of it going on.
Great losses in physical injury can be, you know, a way that PTSD really happens, right?
And because what happens is you get a shock over time and it starts to burn out the neurotransmitters and the emotional center of the brain.
And neurons tend to fuse.
And if you have toxic heavy metals, I'm going to talk about how it works, how they can fuse together from this and how it works that makes it even harder.
But you can have PTSD on things that you just don't even know you can have.
I was the first on the scene to bring this information 35 years ago about you can have PTSD from relationships.
You can have PTSD from breakups, from betrayal, from trust being broken, from being bullied.
Nobody knew that was possible to have post-traumatic stress syndrome or PTSS from any of that.
or being picked on or disrespected or discriminated against or not taken seriously or never validated, mistreated, abused, ignored.
You know, nobody knew you can have PTSD from that.
And I remember bringing that information in detail all through the years to people so they can heal, you know, and get better.
And then here's the hard part is being sick.
When you have PTSD from being sick, having PTSD from chronic fatigue syndrome,
PTSD from having lupus and fibromyalgia and going to different doctors,
PTSD from anxiety, PTSD from depression, PTSD from OCD, PTSD from any symptom.
That's how brutal PTSD can be with all of it.
Like visiting too many doctors and too many doctor visits.
And then you get PTSD from too many doctor's visits.
and then not getting the answers you need to to heal.
And it's unbelievable.
PTSD from taking medications and all of it.
So you get PTSD about your symptoms coming back.
It's just incredible how it works.
And people just don't realize this out there.
They just don't get it.
And so, yeah, it's just there's so much there, you guys.
And, you know, it's somebody said I could not thank you enough for all you do.
I'm really proud of you guys.
Cleanse the heel right here.
I'm talking to you guys.
You guys are with me tonight.
Incredible.
Post-traumatic stress symptoms, toxic heavy metal exposure from sources of mercury, aluminum,
copper, either on its own or combined with other compromises and exposure.
You can get PTSD from getting radiation exposure, pesticide exposure, herbicide exposure, fungicide
exposure, petrochemical exposure.
Believe me, it's easy to get exposure to all of those.
Cologne's perfumes.
You can get PTSD from cologne.
Cologne.
That's unbelievable.
Air fresheners, scented candles,
not the natural ones like the essential oil versions and all that.
You can get PTSD from that.
All of this.
What happens is when you get delivered a bad piece of news,
like news that's really hard to handle,
like sit down.
Like I got to have you sit down
before I give you this piece of news kind of thing where someone's going to drop something on you and
give you this piece of news and it's really intense and you got to basically sit down for it
you guys. When you're in that position what happens is you get an electrical shock. The heat goes up
in the brain. The electricity like literally instantly turns into a blast of shock like a
blast of electricity when you get delivered that information and then your adrenals run and that
adrenaline ignites that electricity and even causes the flame to burn even higher.
Neurons that have metals in them, the metals can fuse into the cells.
They can fuse and fuse out neurotransmitter chemicals and really create in the emotional
center the beginning of PTSD.
Even from the smallest amount of bad news, people could go through it because they could
have more toxic heavy metals than somebody else.
They could have more problems than somebody else with it all.
So it's really part of it all.
So anyway, all of this is important.
So important.
So the bottom line is the medical medium cleanse to heal book,
critical for storing your neurotransmitters,
critical for getting the metals out of the brain,
critical for getting the metals out of the body.
All of these things matter.
Critical for killing old viruses that have been in your body for years and years and years
that sit inside there.
All of it, you know?
And I go into detail about how to do the cleanses.
I walk you through the process.
I talk about adrenaline and how adrenaline works
and all of it.
Like you have answers here.
The root causes, you know?
You can join in with the thousands and thousands of people
healing from their illnesses,
and you can heal too.
It's so critical.
And if you're not interested, it's okay, you know?
And you can just, you know, come back to it another day in your life.
I talk about the supplements and the dosages, specific dosages.
You've got to read the supplements chapter to really understand that good.
And I talk about cleanses for PTSD and all the things that we're going through
and OCD and anxiety and depression.
It's so important, you know, and getting old storage bins of adrenaline
out of our liver, out of our liver cells
so we can actually stop emotional patterns of everything from eating disorders and all of this.
It's so important, you guys, getting down to the root cause of why we're sick.
It's so critical in order to heal.
And getting down to the root cause of PTSD.
Everything such as getting fresh air, everything such as peaceful moments,
everything such as watching the sunset, which I talk about in the other books that I've done,
and even meditations all aid and help.
But we have to get the neurons healed.
We have to get the emotional center of the brain healed,
the neurons and the cells that are in the emotional center of the brain.
We have to heal that with knowing what the true cause is
and not just use band-aids to take control of your health
instead of letting your health control you.
So critical, you know?
Got a whole chapter in here to use your supplements.
All of that.
You know, over 200 symptoms and conditions.
How to heal.
Seven different cleanses in the book.
I mean, the book, it's so critical.
It's the most comprehensive book in our time and history, you guys.
And so important.
I see a lot of crosses.
I see a lot of praying hands.
Bless your heart.
God bless you.
Like, happy Mother's Day, too.
You know, I walk you through how to choose a cleanse in here to heal you guys.
You know?
and I stand behind you 100%.
I'm going to help you troubleshoot.
And you know, more than 70 recipes in this book.
I mean, all of it.
I can't even scratch the surface
about everything in these lives.
I talked to you about why we have cravings,
what's happening with viral cleansing,
how to heal and get viruses out of the body.
There's so much more in this book.
I can't even, I mean, there's so much to cover, you know?
I'm so proud of you guys for all that you're doing
and all the hard work you're putting into everything.
And somebody said, I have to get my neurons healed.
Absolutely.
It's critical to get them healed and cleaned up and recover and rebuilt and everything and restored.
All of that matters, you guys.
You know, and I'm so proud of all of you.
And it's the truth about getting better.
It's the truth about having the answers.
I have the truth about intermittent fasting, the truth about microbiome in this book.
I have all of that.
Juicing versus not juicing.
So that's important to know.
Juicing versus fiber.
Because people say, well, don't juice because you're losing all the fiber.
You have to read that chapter.
You'll be blown away when you read that chapter.
It's so important.
Bulking, cutting, macros.
The truth about bulking and cutting.
The truth about the whole macro thing.
All of that.
And then I talk about our souls, how they can be harmed, how it works.
empowerment. It's a spiritual
cleanse. You know, Cleanse to Heal is a
spiritual book. Bottom line.
I stand behind you guys 100%.
I stand with you guys. I believe in you.
And Arizona
appreciates you. Awesome. Arizona
is a great state. Incredible, incredible,
incredible. An amazing state.
Yeah, you guys are
incredible. And I'll
see you next time. I hope you come.
Have a good night. Happy Mother's
Day. Bless your heart.
God bless you.
Thank you.
